Description

The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for multiple full-time tenured faculty positions with nine-month academic appointments, beginning Fall of 2025. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Associate Professor or Professor, depending on qualifications.  

Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the advancement of knowledge through high-quality publications in leading academic journals, to teach courses with rigorous academic content at the undergraduate, masters, and/or doctoral level, and to engage in service and outreach activities that advance the educational mission of the department, the school, and the university.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Finance or equivalent discipline is required. We will consider candidates in all areas of finance. Preference will be given to candidates with established high-quality research records, with an additional emphasis placed on research impact.

 

Candidates who have an established record of high-quality publications may be considered for endowed positions.
