The Department of Public Health Sciences at the Texas A&M University College of Dentistry invites applications for two full time 100%FTE, academic professional track (non-tenure) faculty positions with an 11-month service period; the start date is January, 2025, or negotiable. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor; rank commensurate on review of qualifications.
All final candidates will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to beginning employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising pre-doctoral dental students and providing patient care in the extramural clinics operated by the department of Public Health Sciences and the School of Dentistry
- Clinical teaching in school of Dentistry main clinic
- Participating in the didactic courses of the department as appropriate
- Participating in the outreach initiatives of the department including Sealant Program.
