The Department of Kinesiology & Sport Management (KNSM) (https://knsm.tamu.edu) within the College of Education and Human Development (https://education.tamu.edu/) at Texas A&M University (https://www.tamu.edu/) is accepting applications for a full-time, 9-month tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking candidates with leadership abilities who are capable of garnering external funding and who could mentor faculty and doctoral students. Strong candidates will be emerging scholars with an impactful research program that will advance the current department’s research strengths. The candidate will become an integral part of the Coaching and Teaching in Secondary Education (CTSE) faculty with expectations to engage in research efforts including interdisciplinary collaborations, aggressively seek funding opportunities, provide research mentorship for students, as well as teach undergraduate courses. Furthermore, service to the department, university, and profession is required for all tenure/tenure-track positions.
