Description

The Arch H. Aplin III '80 Department of Marketing at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, is hiring for multiple full-time, Tenure-Track positions with a 9-month academic appointment beginning Fall of 2026. Applicants will be considered for the faculty title of Assistant Professor.

The successful candidate is expected to be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality.  In addition to publishing in leading marketing journals, the successful candidate will be expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels, participate in various research and teaching-related departmental activities, and serve the discipline.

The Mays Business School and our department offer an excellent research environment, with a collegial culture, productive faculty colleagues, access to key databases, a state-of-the-art behavioral research lab, a teaching load of three courses per year (which continues after tenure for highly productive faculty), and relationships with world-class research faculty in related disciplines. Housed in the Department is the Center for Retailing Innovation and the Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute; exciting opportunities exist for collaboration with member companies. Texas A&M is also in the process of building The Aplin Center, which will focus on hospitality, retailing, and entrepreneurship (https://aplincenter.tamu.edu/). Qualifications

Applicants for this position must possess a PhD in Marketing or a related field.
