Texas A&M University in Dallas Texas invites applications for a full-time tenured or academic professional track (clinical) position with a 11-month academic faculty appointment in the Division of Pathology. The primary area of responsibility will be teaching/education and the position requires teaching dental hygiene, predoctoral dental and graduate students, including those in the advanced education program in oral and maxillofacial pathology (OMFP), and mentoring the OMFP residents’ research projects. Scholarly activity is required as well as service to the dental school, health science center and university. The candidate will have an opportunity to participate in the department’s biopsy service and must be ABOMP board certified, have the ability to be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, and at least 10 years of teaching and surgical pathology experience. Rank and salary will be determined by the qualifications of the candidate. The search will remain open until a qualified candidate is selected.
