Description

The Department of Political Science at Texas A&M University is recruiting for a fulltime non-tenure track visiting assistant professor to teach international commerce and politics, basic economics courses, and introductory courses in International Studies. The visiting assistant professor will teach at Texas A&M University‚Äôs Higher Education Center in McAllen, TX. This would be a 9-month appointment, from August 16, 2021 to May 15, 2022, in a non-tenure track position.  The position may be renewed, contingent on funding and satisfactory performance.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Ph.D. in Political Science, with at least 18 graduate hours in the field of economics and the field of International Studies.
